Dr Dawn Montgomery has served her educational community for the past 40 years, focused on K-12 public schools with experiences across the spectrum, first as a Teacher in Elementary and Middle Schools, then as an Assistant Principal in Middle and High Schools, 7 years as a High School Principal, and as a District Executive Director overseeing K-12 schools and multiple district programs and initiatives in Oregon public school districts. Dawn completed a doctorate in Educational Leadership at Lewis & Clark College, with an emphasis on change leadership. From 2011 to 2018 she served as the Director of Educational Leadership licensing programs at Lewis & Clark College, where her focus was on supporting and developing leaders, equity and inclusion and creating partnerships with local school districts.
